Topics will include basic computer skills & keyboarding, workplace success skills, customer service skills, DSS and NC FAST terminology, and navigation skills in the NCFAST software system. This course is linked to Income Maintenance Caseworker - NC FAST and must utilize the state-approved curriculum.
